These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MEDEX mobile application on iOS and Android. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including: copying or redistributing course content without permission, attempting unauthorized access, harassing other users, or using the App for unlawful purposes.
3. Educational content
Courses, exams, certificates, and downloads are licensed for your personal learning use unless we state otherwise. Instructors and Medex retain intellectual property rights in all materials.
4. Purchases and refunds
If store or payment features are enabled, prices and payment methods are shown at checkout. Refunds follow our published refund policy and applicable consumer law. Order records may be retained after account deletion where required for tax or commercial compliance.
5. Limitation of liability
The App and content are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Medex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
6. Governing law
